Muria Foods is a family-owned, South Florida-based specialty condiments brand founded on a family pepper preserve recipe. It debuted Pepper No. 1 Preserve — made with Thai chilies, sweet bell peppers, and chia seeds — at the Fancy Food Show, and later launched Pepper No. 8, a mango-habanero preserve with Florida mangoes, bell peppers, vinegar, and chia.
