Ithaca Hummus

Ithaca Hummus is a premium refrigerated hummus and dip brand founded in 2013 by former chef Chris Kirby, who began selling fresh lemon garlic hummus at the Ithaca, New York farmers market. Known for a no-preservative, cold-crafted approach using freshly cooked chickpeas, cold-pressed lemon juice, raw garlic and olive oil, the brand has expanded into bold flavors such as Lemon Dill, Lemon Beet, Everything Bagel, French Onion and Buffalo Ranch, plus fire-roasted salsas. It is sold in roughly 10,000 retail stores including Whole Foods, Wegmans, Publix, Sprouts and Walmart.
