Injera Club is an Ethiopian food brand launched by New York-based Red Fox Spices, debuting at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show. The lineup includes 100% teff injera, Peak Preserved ready-in-5-minute Ethiopian meals such as Misir Wat, and Niter Kibbeh made with USDA Organic butter, alongside Red Fox's small-batch spice blends and Ethiopian coffee. Guided by the tagline "Ancient Flavor. Modern Table," the brand positions Ethiopian stews for both traditional injera service and modern uses like grain bowls, toast and dips.
