Hook & Arrow is a small-batch hot sauce and condiment company founded by brothers Henry and Sam Dziekan in Branford, Connecticut. Its sauces are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and no thickeners or preservatives, with a lineup that includes Cayenne Garlic, Pineapple Jalapeno, Habanero Orange Ginger, Chipotle and Sauerkraut & Mustard. The brand has won Screaming Mi Mi and International Flavor Awards, appeared on Season 27 of Hot Ones with its Spicier Sauerkraut & Mustard sauce, and donates a portion of sales to conservation efforts.
