Chuck Hughes

Chuck Hughes is the multi-talented star of Food Network Canada and Cooking Channel (US) series, Chuck’s Day Off, Chuck’s Week Off, Chuck’s World and Chuck & Danny’s Road Trip. He is currently filming his 4th season of Chuck and the First Peoples’ Kitchen which aires on the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network. A defining moment in Chuck’s career took place in 2011, when he walked into New York City’s, Kitchen Stadium and became the youngest Canadian chef to win Food Network’s, Iron Chef America. Off air, he is the co-owner and executive chef of renowned Montreal hot-spot, Garde-Manger. He is also the author of best-selling cookbooks, “Garde Manger” and “Chuck’s Day Off.” His unbridled passion for entertaining translates into both unforgettable food and captivating television. Chuck’s love for cooking has spilled into the grocery aisles. In 2015, he launched My Kitchen Staples, an assortment of his essential pantry items he uses both at home, on the road and in his restaurant.
