Fourth & Heart ghee is made from the milk of grass-fed, pasture raised New Zealand cows. Why did we have to go so far from home? Our Turmeric Ghee has a sweet and subtle flavor profile with notes of nut, honeysuckle, and honey, and it adds a warmth to any dish. And no, you don’t need to add black pepper, the ghee does the trick! It’s made with pure turmeric and cooked slowly into grass-fed New Zealand butter. Turmeric is known for aiding digestion, reducing inflammation, and increasing alkalinity and circulation in the body.
