Fly By Jing has been on a hot streak bringing its Sichuan flavors to new categories spanning all corners of the store, but one of its best innovations came completely in-house after the brand extended into the noodle set earlier this year.
Available in Chili Crisp and Sweet & Spicy varieties, the new product is a convenient solution for one of its sauces' primary use occasions. The squiggly ribbon noodles are also handcrafted in Sichuan and sun-dried rather than fried, resulting in a perfectly al-dente product once prepared. Each pouch contains noodles as well as packets of chili crisp, shallot sauce, soy sauce and dried chive seasoning.
