Sustainability is all the rage, and Algae Cooking Club has managed to tap consumer interest for new, existing ingredients with its new innovation: Algae Cooking Oil. The flavorless product has garnered high praise in less than a year since it debuted with a high smoke point of 535°F, a complete set of omega-9 fats and a low environmental footprint.
The product secured early approval from Daniel Humm, the chef at Eleven Madison Park, and continues to ferment an avid fanbase. The innovation has already been expanded into flavored product lines including a Gochugaru Chili Oil and a Shiitake Mushroom Oil, which were crafted alongside Humm himself.
