The Opportunity

We’re looking for a disciplined, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to spearhead new business for our Barista Pecan Milk in the foodservice channel. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline — prospecting specialty coffee shops, hospitality groups and B&I accounts — while converting opportunities into long-term customers. This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves hunting for new business and thrives in the admin and organizational side of sales (CRM management, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, etc.).

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Growth: Identify, qualify and close new foodservice accounts to exceed sales targets.
  • Own The Pipeline: Track leads, update HubSpot, forecast accurately, and manage all follow-ups with exceptional discipline.
  • Sell Consultatively: Understand customer needs at a deep level and craft compelling PKN solutions.
  • Leverage Relationships: Partner with Distributor reps and activate your network to win new placements.
  • Tell the PKN Story: Become an expert on our products and articulate our premium and sustainability advantage with clarity and passion.
  • Demo & Educate: Plan and run tastings and product demos that showcase PKN’s superior performance.
  • Stay Ahead: Share market and competitive insights with internal teams to improve our foodservice approach.

What You Bring

  • Food/Beverage sales experience with a proven track record of new business wins
  • Experience selling premium food/beverage products and partnering with distributors
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Expertise managing pipelines and reporting in HubSpot
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working 100% remotely
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
