Position Summary
We are looking for driven, dynamic, and experienced Sales Representatives to actively open and manage retail accounts across South Florida (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the spirits industry, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
We currently have two positions available:
- North Miami Territory
- South Miami Territory
- West Palm Beach Territory
Candidates must reside in or near their preferred territory. Please indicate which territory you are closest to in your application.
Scope of Services
- Sales, servicing, and delivery of Amnisia Vodka products to retail partners, including licensed retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and bars
- Exclusive account management and relationship development
- New account acquisition and expansion of brand presence in key territories
- Execution of sales strategies and in-field support to retail partners
- Training of retail staff and venue personnel on Amnisia Vodka products and selling techniques
- Market intelligence reporting and strategic recommendations
- Coordination, management, and execution of brand activations and promotional events, including event setup, breakdown, and on-site consumer engagement
- Maintenance of strong relationships with the Company’s distribution partners, ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives
- Ongoing communication and reporting to Company management, including timely updates on market activity, performance, and issues relevant to the Company’s business
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new retail accounts
- Develop strategies to approach potential accounts and overcome barriers to entry
- Manage assigned accounts exclusively, ensuring professional service and long-term business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure brand loyalty and premium placements
- Implement company-defined sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide sell-through tactics and merchandising support in the field
- Conduct comprehensive training for retail staff and venue personnel
- Equip partners with tools and knowledge to successfully promote Amnisia® Vodka
- Perform market research and competitive analysis
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management
- Execute promotional events and brand activations, including all necessary logistical support and brand representation
- Collaborate on impactful in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
- Serve as an official representative of Amnisia Vodka, projecting a professional brand image at all times
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Gather and communicate customer and retailer feedback
- Recommend product and service improvements based on market insights
- Perform duties with integrity, loyalty, and professionalism
- Meet or exceed performance expectations consistently
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least one year focused on retail account management and sales. Experience with ultra-premium or luxury brands is a plus.
- Network: Established and strong network of contacts within the retail sector, particularly in South Florida.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driven and Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Customer-Centric: Committed to providing exceptional service and support to retail partners.
- Licensing and Permits: Must hold a valid Florida driver’s license, a clean driving and criminal record, and an Alcoholic Beverages Solicitor Permit issued by a Florida State agency.
