Summary


The Field Sales Representative will grow our presence with coffee shops, cafés, and other specialty beverage accounts in the Los Angeles / Orange County / San Diego market. This entry-level role will be tasked with being the “boots on the ground” - meeting with customers and introducing them to our Non-Dairy Whole Milk.

Who are you?


  • Friendly, outgoing personality - you actually enjoy talking to people.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
  • Organized enough to make a plan and execute on your visits and follow-ups, while taking good notes in the process.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (with enough room to transport product samples).
  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, retail, or other customer service-related fields is a plus.
  • Coffee or café industry experience is an added bonus.
  • You’re passionate about your work. You care deeply about changing our food system.
  • You’re a great person, in and out of work. You are kind, trustworthy, smart, humble, organized, and hard-working.


What you will do


  • Visit coffee shops, cafés, tea shops (think matcha, boba, etc.), smoothie shops, and other neighborhood hangouts to introduce our Non-Dairy Whole Milk.
  • Build relationships with owners, managers, and baristas.
  • Set up tastings and product demos to get those owners, managers, and baristas excited about the product.
  • Hunt for new accounts (some leads will be provided, but prospecting will be necessary) while also keeping in touch with existing accounts.
  • Track your activity and results in our CRM so that we can celebrate the wins and track progress toward goals.
  • Share feedback from the field to the internal team to help us refine our product and our strategy.



This is a full-time exempt role based in the U.S. (must live in the area of our targeted market).


The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000, including a bonus opportunity of up to 20%, a finder’s fee for new accounts, equity options, 401k, and medical, dental & vision benefits. We also offer mileage reimbursement and a cell phone allowance of $50/per month.


The above represents the expected annual salary for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining our salary ranges, we consider experience, skills, and other job-related factors, while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
