Canworks is one of the first companies in the world to digitally print artwork directly onto aluminum cans. This gives breweries and other beverage companies the ability to purchase the most beautiful printed cans on the market in much smaller quantities, with shorter lead times, and eliminate all single-use plastic shrink sleeves and labels. In short, we to print the most amazing aluminum can artwork and get rid of those pesky plastics while doing so. Since our launch in August of 2021 we have grown rapidly and are now working with some of the most recognizable beverage brands in the U.S. We opened our second location in Vista, CA in 2022 and Atlanta in Q1 2024. We are looking to add an account manager to our Atlanta, GA team immediately. We are a company that is built upon collaboration, inclusivity, personal growth and having fun.

What will you do?

- Work directly with point-people at craft breweries/beverage brands to ensure order forms and artwork are submitted properly

- Answer in-bound calls/emails and be able to effectively answer questions and deliver Canworks’ basic sales pitch

- Immediately address any issues directly with customers and work to find a solution

- Develop deep customer relationships and drive additional orders

- Work alongside Canworks’ sales, pre-press and production teams to communicate any customer updates, changes or issues internally

- Meticulously maintain the order form and artwork intake database while ensuring nothing slips between the cracks


Be prepared to demonstrate and/or provide:

· 3+ years of account management/sales experience

· You are an effective communicator and highly detail oriented

· Beverage industry experience/relationships preferred but not necessary

· References from prior employers

· Proof of education, bachelors required


Understand:

· This is an in-office, full time role. Remote work will not be considered

· We are a young company, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding

· While this is an office position, you will spend a decent amount of time in our warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy
