Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for merchandising, sales, and relationship building across assigned retail accounts in your territory. You’ll represent the Tweaker brand in stores, ensure proper product placement, and build partnerships that drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and merchandise multiple retail locations within the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
  • Ensure proper product placement and promotional execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity
  • Travel as required (mileage/air tickets reimbursement provided)


Requirements:

  • Proven sales or merchandising experience (beverage or CPG preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and persistent with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
  • Willingness to grow within the company


Compensation and Benefits:

·        Salary Range: $65,000-$125,000 annually (depending on experience).

·        Commission/bonus plan based on performance and sales targets.
