CarterJMRN is full-service market research and strategic consulting firm based in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1989, we have nearly 100 staff between our two offices in Tokyo and Osaka.
We help our clients to "unmask" the Japanese consumer, through both qualitative and quantitative methods. We can carry out focus groups or individual interviews in our facility, shop-alongs, or in-home interviews as well as conduct surveys throughout Japan and the rest of Asia.
