We’ll hear from Yasso CEO Craig Shiesley about how the frozen novelty company grew from a regional business to a national category leader, with over $200 million in annual retail sales. Using Yasso as a case study and drawing from his time at Amplify Snack Brands and WhiteWave Foods, Shiesley will detail strategic avenues for brand growth: innovation, distribution, and velocity. In tandem, he will dispense advice on how to decide which of those levers to pull, the right time to do so, and why saying “no” to some growth opportunities can be just as valuable as saying “yes.”

To wrap up the conference we’ll chat with two CPG all-stars about how they used the lessons they learned while building their first brands to later build a second, successful venture. Suzie York launched keto-friendly, low sugar snack bar brand Love Good Fats in 2016 before co-founding better-for-you chocolate brand FourX Better Chocolate earlier this year. York will join, Matt Clifford who co-founded snack brand Barnana in 2012 before becoming CEO of Keto Krisp brand CanDo in 2020.
