Sampling at NOSH Live: Showcase Your Product

Brand leaders, retailers, distributors, investors and other industry leaders attend NOSH Live to discover new and emerging packaged food products. Sampling at NOSH Live is an opportunity for brands to showcase their latest innovations and gain valuable feedback from industry veterans and peers.

There are two sampling options for attendees. Ready-to-eat products are sampled via self-service pantries throughout the event. Products that require preparation are passed by catering staff during designated networking breaks.

A Platform for Product Discovery and Feedback

Ready-To-Eat Product Sampling

Registered attendees can sample their single-serve, shelf-stable or refrigerated products to attendees throughout the event via our self-service NOSH Pantry. This makes it easy for brands to have business conversations, sample other products, and talk shop with their peers. Sampling helps brands have deeper conversations with industry investors, retailers, suppliers, and service providers.

How it Works

  • Ready-to-eat sampling will take place over the two days of NOSH Live. The products will be displayed in our designated NOSH Pantry along with shelves located throughout the conference floor.
  • NOSH staff only will keep products stocked in on-site sampling stations throughout the event. Products will be rotated in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Single-serve, shelf-stable or refrigerated food products are preferred, but multi-serve products will be considered. (ex. bags of chips, full-size sauce bottles)

Prepared Product Sampling

For NOSH Live attendees with products that require preparation, Prepared Product Sampling is an opportunity to have their products sampled during designated NOSH Live networking breaks. Prepared Product Sampling makes it easier for brands to have business conversations, sample other products, and talk shop with their peers. It also helps brands have deeper conversations with industry investors, retailers, suppliers, and service providers.

How it Works

  • Samples will be prepared by catering staff and served during networking breaks. Each participating brand is allowed to sample 1 SKU and will be featured during one designated networking break.
  • Brands will provide staff with product information so that they may answer attendee questions while sampling.
  • Applicants will be reviewed and approved at the NOSH team’s discretion and there is an additional fee to participate to cover staffing costs.
  • This opportunity is limited to heat-and-serve or food products that only require one additional ingredient to be prepared. Admitted products should only require one or two steps for preparation.
