	Cannoli Fungi Doug B. @ Taverna 750, Chicago, IL last year 1 1 Diced sauteed Portabello mushroom in a cannoli shell with a fig reduction. Tasty and interesting play between the sweetness of the fig glace and the woodsiness of the shrooms. The cinnamon from the cannoli shells was also... present.

	Eggplant Caprese Doug B. @ Taverna 750, Chicago, IL last year Eggplant pan-fried perfectly! Fresh mozzarella and Basil were both a tad sparse but excellent nonetheless.
