Nosh Live 2025 is returning to the Marriott Marina del Rey on Dec. 4-5 with an amazing new program of case studies, panels, investors, retailers, as well as group and individual networking opportunities.

Here’s a look at the first few speakers on what will be an outstanding agenda:

Luke Holden, the CEO of Luke’s Lobster, will join us to discuss the rollout of the company’s CPG line and the ways that founders can lean into complexities around sourcing and business structure. A veteran of fish catch limits and other regulations, he’ll offer founders a view on keeping businesses growing while externalities – think tariffs and trade – make times unpredictable.

Jeni Britton, the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and new bar startup Floura, will share insights gained from building two companies and what it means to be a leader in the CPG food space, as well as what she’s trying to do differently the second time around.

Jason Parasco, the CEO of Insignia International (owners of 505 Southwestern, La Tortilla Factory, Yucatan Guacamole and TJ Farms), will provide tactical lessons for brands trying to grow from regional to national distribution – lessons learned while leading sales for Insignia, Sovos Brands, and Fly By Jing.

Speakers won’t be the only people on stage, however: brands will have expanded opportunities for on-stage visibility through the Nosh Pitch Slam as well as special Elevator Talk segments taking place throughout the show.
