Attire
The dress for NOSH Live is business casual. Some attendees find that the hotel is chilly (we have to keep the AC high due to audiovisual equipment and lighting), so we recommend bringing layers.
Meals
Breakfast (continental), lunch and beverages are provided during scheduled breaks. There will be options available for those with food allergies.

VIRTUAL ACCESS & EVENT MATERIALS
NOSH Live Event Portal: Attendee List, Networking, Agenda & More
Registered attendees are encouraged to use the event portal to access the attendee list, connect with fellow attendees, and learn about our partners. If you can’t make a presentation, there will also be a livestream and on-demand replay for the majority of sessions.
VENUE INFORMATION
Venue / Event Location
The in-person event will take place at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel located at 1700 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401. The general sessions will take place in the Arcadia Ballroom on the 5th floor (one level up from the lobby).
Event Registration / Check-in Hours
The NOSH Live registration desk, located at the top of the stairs on the 5th floor, will be staffed according to the following schedule:
Thursday, 12/2 from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Friday, 12/3 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Reminder: valid photo ID *AND* proof of COVID-19 vaccine or negative test are required to check in.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the venue. For overnight guests, this includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. For short-term parking, there is limited street parking and a few municipal parking lots within the surrounding area.
Airport
Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel is about 8 miles (or 20-40 minutes, depending on traffic) from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) via Lincoln Blvd.
SCHEDULE HIGHLIGHTS
NOSH Live runs from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT on Thursday, December 2nd, and 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM PT on Friday, December 3rd. The full agenda can be accessed here: NOSH Live Agenda.
Thursday 12/2 - 8AM - NOSH Pitch Slam Voting
Cast your vote for your favorite NOSH Pitch Slam semifinal pitch. Voting can be done via text message to (970) 592-4430. We encourage attendees and livestream viewers to vote for the NOSH Pitch Slam finalists. Further instructions will be provided during the event.
Thursday 12/2 - Friday 12/3 Sampling
The Sample Stations, which allows attendees to sample new and innovative food products, will open at the first networking break of each day. Participating brands will be rotated evenly throughout the stations. If you do not see your product, it may be in the rotation to be restocked by our staff. Please do not restock the product yourself.
Thursday 12/2 - 3:00PM - Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions take place on Day 1 of NOSH Live beginning at 3:00 PM. There will be two breakout sessions during each round. The location and time for each breakout session can be found on the agenda.
Thursday 12/2 - 4:30PM - NOSH Live Official Party
The NOSH Live Official Party will take place Thursday night, December 2nd, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM PT at the Venice Salon (4th Floor) in the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. The Official Party is an exclusive opportunity for registered attendees and your badge and ID are required.
