How sampling works
The sampling format depends on how your product is served. Ready-to-eat products participate through the Nosh Pantry and sampling areas, while products requiring limited preparation are reviewed for Prepared Product Sampling.

Sampling opportunities are available to registered Nosh Live attendee brands.
Submit your product
Complete the sampling application in the event portal with your product details and any preparation requirements.

Eligibility
Participating products must be manufactured in a commercial facility, and brands must carry liability insurance.
Ready-to-eat sampling
Ready-to-eat products across both days
Ready-to-eat products can include shelf-stable, refrigerated and frozen items. Our team will confirm product quantities and sampling details after application.
Larger grab-and-go formats, such as bags of popcorn or full-size sauce bottles, may also be considered.
Served during networking breaks
Products that need a little preparation can participate too
Approved products are prepared and served by catering staff during a designated Nosh Live networking break.
Each participating brand can feature one SKU. Eligible products should be heat-and-serve or require one additional ingredient with straightforward preparation.
Prepared Product Sampling requires Nosh approval and an additional fee to cover staffing.
