Holly Adrien, Natural and Organic Strategy and Innovation Manager for grocery chain Kroger, will share how she sources, onboards and works with better-for-you or emerging brands. Kroger has undergone an evolution in how it approaches natural food brands, and on the cusp of possibly another transition, Adrien will share with the NOSH audience why natural is a focus point for the conventional retailer and how the category plays a part in its larger basket building and customer retention strategy.

Social media superstar Emma Chamberlain – the Chamberlain Coffee founder famous for YouTube, podcasting, modeling, fashion, and the mirror she holds up to her generation – will join NOSH Live for a special conversation on the convergence of the Creator Economy with the food business. Joined by Chamberlain Coffee CEO Chris Gallant, Chamberlain will take the NOSH Live audience into this new world of CPG, one in which the product choices extend from the founder’s passions to a social media audience of more than 35 million followers.

During his talk, Stein will discuss how to develop the next category of leaders with flexible capital, deep domain knowledge and access to transformative industry relationships.

During a keynote talk on the morning of Dec. 1, Nelson, who has written extensively on entrepreneurship in the Wall Street Journal, will offer a master class on the financial challenges facing growing founder-led brands as they seek to use capital wisely amidst a fiscal environment that portends a slowdown in fund investment. She’ll share lessons learned from both her time at Sprinkles and her investments and venture studio work at CN2 on smart company growth, community building and risk-taking.
