JUST Egg Folded

Eat Just expanded into a different format this year. Previously available as a liquid egg substitute, the company rolled out a fluffy, folded version of its plant-based egg in the freezer aisle. Launching in over 5,000 retailers, the folded JUST Egg offers a heat-and-eat option for consumers, making plant-based eating more convenient.  It also offers the brand a way to go further into the foodservice channel, with a product that requires less preparation and gives quick service restaurant chains the ability to standardize production efforts.
