Glasgow offers an aseptic pilot plant facility for confidential trials of your products. 

Glasgow has installed an OMVE pilot aseptic processing plant with the capability of delivering clean Cold Filled (Extended Shelf-Life - ESL) Neutral and Acidified liquid products. The facility is available for either Client-supervised or Glasgow-supervised trials.

Dr. Jonathan Gordon and his team have over 90 years of experience in food and beverage applications.  He has worked as a professional chef, product developer and technical manager for international food, ingredient and flavor companies in multiple food and beverage areas.  His particular expertise lies in natural and organic product development. With a B.S. in Food Science and a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering and Microbiology, he has been responsible for the development of some of the most technically challenging products in the Natural Foods arena.
