Salary: $95,000–$120,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Redwood Beverage Group is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Account Manager with deep experience in beverage co-packing. We partner with both emerging and established brands to deliver high-quality products on time, every time. This role is Hybrid with occasional travel to our Sacramento production facility.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of beverage clients and guide them through each production cycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across clients, operations, QA, and logistics.
- Review formulas, packaging specifications, production schedules, and inventory requirements to keep projects on track.
- Prepare quotes, update POs, and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships by understanding brand goals and anticipating needs.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and address bottlenecks before they impact production.
- Attend select on-site production runs, audits, and industry events.
What You Bring
- Expert-level experience in beverage co-packing or beverage manufacturing (RTD, functional beverages, energy drinks, teas, juices, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of batching, filling, packaging lines, MOQs, and co-packer workflows.
- Proven success managing complex accounts with many moving parts.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with operations and supply chain teams.
- Exceptional organization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
