Job Description for A-TREAT's Operation and Sales Manager Position:
- Hands on with Operational, DSD and Sales experience.
- Bring high-level thought and leadership to strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives across all channels
- Enhance the business by gaining new points of distribution
- 10 to 15 years in retail distribution.
- Sales and/or warehouse experience.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word required.
- Looking for Manager to be hands on when needed.
- Position is an on-site position.
- Educate distributor account managers on proper and effective merchandising
- Design and implement incentive programs intended to guide distributor organizations in achieving sales objectives.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train a team of sales staff and merchandisers to deliver results by establishing measurable goals by territory and customer.
