Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales Support:

  • Work with vendors and sales team to develop and execute custom design needs like advertising, point of sale and other marketing materials that engage fans.
  • Work with vendors to ensure creation and completion are within production timeframes and have proper inventory levels.
  • Monitor execution of all content and branding across all properties and platforms.
  • Potential for identifying and assisting with local community events.
  • Coordinate and manage sampling events/calendars.

Marketing Support:

  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing tactics.
  • Conduct market research and continuously provide recommendations for new and unique marketing tactics to reach new guests.
  • Liaison with on-site hospitality team and ensure events are executed in a way that provides unique guest experiences that are on-brand.
  • Work with social media liaison to promote brands and create content.
  • Create marketing materials to be used across all channels of trade such as posters for brands and events.
  • Work with vendors to design and provide retail locations with merchandise, wearables, glassware, etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience.
  • Process and results driven with demonstrated success managing and achieving goals.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics
  • Skilled at multitasking and working on various projects at the same time.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently requiring limited oversight or cross functionally through team collaboration.
  • Proven success in developing impactful social media, advertising, and community engagement programs.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator capabilities.
