Soultopia has been in the cannabis industry for over 40 years and we added 20 years of bartending experience to develop a complete experiential refreshing drink. We have been working on making our water soluble technology the best in the industry and developing drinks around our cultivars.

We are leading hemp based beverage company, creating blended organic beverages. Some of our blends are lavender lemonade and ginger lemonade. We are looking for independent outside sales representatives across the country. Are you outgoing, personable, self motivated and willing to get in an exciting new beverage lane? Accountabilities:

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in you territory.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and tastings with buyers.
  • Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
  • Represent SoulinU/Soultopia values in all dealings with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Ensure communication and relationship with colleagues is excellent and allows SoulinU to deliver top notch service.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our company values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to local inquiries, setup meeting with buyers.
  • Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedure.
  • New business development, from either SoulinU clients, generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support.
  • Work to monthly KPI’s to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the production coordinator to agreed standards.
  • Working with wider team to resolve problem orders.
  • Identify prospects and pass leads to SoulinU/Soultopia where appropriate.
  • Sell SoulinU/Soultopia as a global beverage brand, as well as a local solution.

Salary: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
