Love drinks? Have a great network of bartenders, buyers, drinks experts and cocktail lovers? Experience with selling into amazing bars, restaurants and on-premise venues?

Three Spirit was born in London in 2018. We launched in the US in January 2021, with a fantastic reception and now we want to expand our footprint in New York and beyond. Nothing like our portfolio exists currently, so we are in an incredible position for strong growth and have big ambitions. 

Our digitally native brand has won some amazing awards and we have listings at Nightjar, Dead Rabbit, the Connaught and Food 52. And now is the time to take our strong roots, and grow our business in the Northeast with a focus on New York.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running by bringing their own network with them while having the energy and drive to chase new business. This is an incredible opportunity to cement Three Spirit as one of the key players in the drinks and wellness space for years to come.

The role will be field-based with a requirement to come occasionally to our NYC office. Some evening work in trade is expected.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Secure new accounts based on target list with a focus on-premise accounts (independent & small groups) and with a secondary focus on retail, and alternative channels (fitness & wellness studios, coffee shops, etc)

  • Identify new prospects based on strategic suitability

  • Activate in outlet to boost visibility and awareness

  • Create and deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations

  • Harness category insights to win arguments and customers with data

  • Successfully sell in NPD to leverage new opportunities and listings


Account Management

  • Look after existing customer base

  • Develop solid relationships with customers and suppliers, building rapport quickly 

  • Improve the profitability of existing accounts


Trade engagement

  • Grow a network of industry contacts identifying key industry figures and influencers

  • Become a recognizable face in the industry that reflects positively on the brand and keeps it front of mind with the trade

  • Conduct tastings and training sessions, assist with events & trade shows

  • Develop excellent relationships with RTM contacts and manage wholesale and distribution contacts


Planning & Reporting 

  • Plan out sales calls well in advance to maximize efficiency 

  • Understand your account base to identify opportunities and prioritize time

  • Weekly & monthly reporting to line manager

  • Evaluate customer activations

  • Minimum 2 years CPG sales or 3 years in an on-premise role (bartender, sommelier, bar manager)

  • College level education or equivalent

  • Competent in Google Docs & Drive, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent



  • Degree education

  • Experience making cocktails

  • Driving license
