As Social Media & Content Manager you’re the creative thinker who’s responsible for representing the brand voice, look and personality of Nature’s Bakery across all social media channels. Equal parts creator and social strategist, you’re developing and posting on-brand content while creatively responding to trending and real-time opportunities. You’ll manage our influencer partnerships and ensure their content is on brand and targeting the right audience. You’ll understand our consumers and how to reach and speak with them. You’ll  lead monthly reporting and collaborate with the broader team to ensure that ideas and initiatives are leveraged across our owned social channels. This role reports to the Marketing Director of Communications, but you will work closely with the entire Marketing team.



  • Maintain social media calendar and publish content across all channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Lead content ideation & development for all social media channels including  photography/video (product, lifestyle) & copy
  • Lead community management across all social platforms 
  • Manage influencer partnerships across key verticals and campaigns
  • Analyze and track key performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategy  and creative 
  • Lead long term social media growth and follower acquisition strategies



  • 5-6 years of social media experience (preferably in consumer-packaged goods or within the millennial market)
  • BA/BS in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR or similar
  • Experience with direct management of Facebook Ads Manager & other paid social platforms
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Klear, AspireIQ or other social analytics/listening tools or influencer management platforms
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths, nuances, success metrics, and relevant demographics
  • Excellent, on-brand writing and customer service skills
  • Prior social media and community management experience building accounts with strong engagement
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
