Senior Sales Manager/Director, National Accounts - Grocery, Mass, Distributors (REMOTE)

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Senior Sales leader to join our incredible team! This position will manage the company's key National Retailers. They will analyze, review, recommend and build strategic and tactical platforms to drive revenue, increase customer base, and improve units per store per week sales.
The ideal candidate is inquisitive and highly experienced in leading, developing, and implementing sales strategies to drive continuous growth.
This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be a critical member of the Sales team.
Oversee the Sales execution of Key National accounts at Soylent.
Collaborate with the in-field sales team on all channel development.
Responsible for personal interaction with existing and potential new national account customers to explore sales opportunities including prospecting, presentations, pricing, and closing of sales.
All Soylent National account sales strategy and direction flows through this position.
Collaborates with the Cross-Functional team including the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to set cohesive strategies to maximize sales and profit within the retail space.
Lead the company directive for sales specific to National Account space.
Responsible for all Broker engagement activities across multiple channels.
Monitor and analyze agreed upon KPIs for Brokers and Customers.
Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.
Take command of the aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections.
Proactively research new and emerging marketplaces.
Identify new opportunities and have the ability to increase brand awareness and sales.

Professional Experience and Qualifications
- Expert level of selling and navigating National retailers in Grocery, Mass, Distributors classes of trade, with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or other relevant studies.
10 years+ experience in the consumer and/or food & beverage industry a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Results-driven and able to work with the cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and able to work independently.
