Your Qualifications:

  • Technical or engineering background 

  • Experience in field environment with industrial equipment   

  • Experience in lab or building prototypes 

  • Experience with light manufacturing and assembly and wiring 

  • Ability to follow electrical and fabrication drawings 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Ability to take initiative and tackle new projects in innovation environment 

  • Experience working with P&ID

  • Experience working with process control software and automation equipment

  • Experience working in a start-up environment (preferred)

  • College degree (preferred).

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist scientist, designers, manufacturers and engineer team

  • Fabricate, modify, and operate prototypes and new test equipment 

  • Manage prototype development and testing (Austin, Texas / Colorado)

  • Manage bill of material development and maintenance 

  • Manage part sourcing for ancillary equipment for customers 

  • Manage light assembly of Earthly Labs CO2 solution 

  • Manage post-sale part management (activated carbon and other parts) 

  • Monitor and manage support customer service ticketing 

  • Works with installers, third-party suppliers, engineering and customer service team

  • Ability to interface with clients and team members easily 

  • Reports to Chief Scientist

Your Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay of $50,000 - $60,000

  • Annual bonus tied to individual & company goals.
