Fort Point Beer Company is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build on the award-winning design work that’s propelled the growth of San Francisco’s largest, independent craft brewery. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for working alongside the Chief Brand Officer to support the evolution, definition and execution of the Fort Point brand across all visual mediums. The Senior Graphic Designer must be a champion for design within the company, with a collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for an iterative design process, and unwavering attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design for a broad range of media (including packaging, print, digital, social, etc.) to create company and consumer facing assets that are consistent with the Fort Point visual brand

  • Develop tools, templates, processes and style guides to champion and ensure brand consistency across the company

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create beautiful and compelling presentations for internal and external audiences

  • Coordinate production of assets and manage associated consultants and vendors including printers, packaging specialists, creative agencies and web developers


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating capacity to produce compelling ideas and develop them into tangible design solutions across digital, print, experiential mediums and more

  • Proven aptitude for inventive, imaginative, and resourceful problem-solving, and ability to think “outside the box”; a strong desire to do things differently and better

  • Capacity to work within design systems...and sometimes break the rules

  • Fluency in current technical best practices, with an understanding of file formats and conversions to prepare files for digital/print distribution and publication

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Keynote

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy

  • Collaborative mindset, and ability to iterate and incorporate feedback

Location

  • San Francisco with Work From Home, we have adopted a permanent work from home policy, but your daily / weekly presence in San Francisco will be necessary for onsite meetings.


Compensation

  • $75,000 - $90,000
