Regional Sales Manager

Koloa Rum Company, an award-winning distilled spirits company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Nevada, Utah and Arizona. The ideal candidate will live in Las Vegas and have existing relationships with potential buyers and key members of the trade. 

This position will be responsible for nurturing a professional sports sponsorship agreement with Koloa Rum serving as the official ultra-premium rum. This position will also manage multiple distributor relationships, aggressively generating new business, and servicing established accounts in the territory. This includes ideation, coordination and execution of sales and related marketing activities while facilitating the growth and development of Koloa Rum.

The candidate will manage the sales lifecycle including generating leads, conducting presentations, identifying and securing new business opportunities, monitoring account performance, and following up on sales activities through delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Generally, this is accomplished by developing a substantial pipeline of targeted customers, making in-person sales calls, working in conjunction with distributors to accomplish sales objectives and providing exceptional knowledge and service to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
