The Executive Assistant will report directly to the General Manager and will be their right hand in all administrative and secretarial tasks. The Executive Assistant should have a strong knowledge of scheduling and accountability, as well as the business and operation of beer. This position should be able to run sales reports and decipher data to implement change to improve day to day tasks company wide. The Executive Assistant will be able to work with little guidance to complete tasks, efficiently and effectively.


  1. Experience in an Executive Assistant role (3-5 years preferred)
  2. Experience and knowledge of the beer industry (preferred)
  3. Familiar with Florida Beverage Regulations
  4. Highly organized
  5. Ability to multitask
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  7. Knowledge of VIP (not required, but preferred)

RESPONSIBILITES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS include but are not limited to the following:

  • Schedules and organizes the General Managers daily tasks such as meetings, appointments, conferences, travel and department/company activities
  • Creates and develops presentations as needed for the General Manger’s meetings
  • Organizes and prioritizes information and calls
  • Keeps the General Manager’s calendar and tasks organized and up to date including notifying the General Manager of changes when necessary
  • Able to keep employees and projects on schedule when needed
  • Ability to navigate VIP and pull sales reports to present to General Manager
  • Attend meetings on General Managers behalf when needed
  • Take detailed minutes at meetings and send out summary communication to necessary parties
  • Use meeting minutes to develop processes to improve efficiency company wide
  • Ability to research the business of beer and understand the necessary requirements business wide
  • Manage the General Manager’s email inbox on their behalf
  • Assist in the planning of companywide events (i.e., BLD day or employee meetings etc.)
  • Creates general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans etc.
  • Answers the phone and takes messages on behalf of the General Manager
  • Acts as a liaison for the flow of communication throughout all departments of the company
  • Compile information for weekly, monthly and one-time reports
  • Other job duties as assigned


  1. Standing/walking/sitting for long periods of time
  2. Routinely operate standard office equipment to include but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
  3. Independently mobile
  4. Ability to adapt and function in varying environments of workload, worksites and work shifts
