Regional Account Manager 

CLEAN Cause is a fast-growing Austin based beverage company making a social impact!  Our mission is to create a sustainable source of funding to help individuals recover from alcohol and drug addiction with 50% of profits supporting sobering living scholarships to give individuals leaving rehab a fresh start.  We like working with ambitious people who are ready to make a difference! 

 

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for leading Regional Account sales and achieving volume and distribution goals for the CLEAN Cause portfolio. The RAM will also work closely with the assigned wholesalers and distributor chain team to achieve desired results.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell and execute Company strategy and initiatives for Regional and Local chains within an assigned territory 
  • Influence execution of programs via decision maker within chain
  • Ownership of volume targets, spending budgets and overall results within assigned territory
  • Ensure area compliance on national corporate mandated and optional programs
  • Ensure local market/region pricing is in line with National pricing standards
  • Work with Field Sales Organization to ensure In-store standards
  • Direct contact to local/regional account teams within distributor to set strategy and sales expectations
  • Responsible for building and owning relationships through select management within wholesaler network sharing key contact responsibilities for Company communication
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years’ experience managing Regional or National accounts, beverage experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Existing knowledge of regional off premise chains within assigned territory
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
  • Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry
  • Must be willing to travel to meet with assigned customers
  • Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Display integrity, character and strong leadership skills
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Most be located in Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones
 

TRAVEL: 50%+ of total time
