Commercialization Manager

HighKey

The Commercialization Manager for HighKey will partner with our Product Development and Operations teams to transition products from innovation to full scale production. This person will interface with all departments in the organization, being responsible for all aspects of the commercialization process and requisite associated communications.

 What You'll Do:

  • Leads strategic commercial initiatives
  • Insures all products meet all quality, food safety and regulatory requirements and standards
  • Responsible for projects being executed on-time, under budget, meeting margin thresholds, and having appropriate scalability
  • Leads Stage Gate Process
  • Works closely with R&D to manage handoff of new products from development to commercialization
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and closing commercialization projects (including post-mortem)
  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Interfaces with various functional teams across the organization required to execute commercialization projects
  • Drives process collaboration and organization wide process consistency
  • Champions quality outputs
  • Drives preparation for key senior management reviews and presentations
  • Proactive communication to management regarding commercialization status and risks
  • Liaise with Executive Team to provide updates on project timelines and budgets
  • Manages project action register through defined startup period

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the emerging CPG space
  • Passionate about food safety and quality
  • Strong organization skills and high level of attention to detail
  • PMP or equivalent certifications a plus
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Project (or equivalent); comfort level with project management software
  • Strong communication and influence:  clear and concise
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment (80+ new products per year)
