Experience Concierge (Office Manager & More!)
You’re going to be one of the most significant people in bringing the next iconic plant-based food brand to life. You are going to wear a lot of hats! We all do - it’s a startup! You will do what needs to get done both internally and externally to lead the Eclipse experience, from responding to customer support inquiries to shipping delicious packages of ice cream across the country. Internally, you’ll be our office manager greeting guests, liaising with vendors, and contributing to our awesome team culture. You’re an incredibly hard worker who loves getting your hands dirty and taking care of others.

You have worked as a studio manager, office manager, or general manager in hospitality for 2+ years and are ready to OWN this office.

What will you do?
Work with the Sales and Marketing team to fill orders, pack boxes, and organize deliveries of product samples and marketing packages out of the office
Receive deliveries and coordinate pick-ups from our brand new HQ
Act as primary point-of-contact and greeter for our HQ to welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and staff
Manage all building operations, including coordinating with various vendors to maintain smooth operations and a clean office environment
Serve as our primary customer experience representative by responding to customer inquiries
Project manage our office build-out which includes sourcing vendors, scheduling construction, and tracking towards our goals
Support HR with onboarding new hires and contribute to fostering our culture by planning regular social outings for team bonding and wellness, ordering team meals, coordinating birthday celebrations - you’re pretty much the FUN team member!
This is a full-time job located at our office in Oakland, CA. (We’re diligently following all local and national guidelines to keep those working in the office safe.)
