Who we are:

Elephant Craft Hard Seltzer is California's first production brewery that is solely focused on, you guessed it, hard seltzer! But we can't call ourselves a "craft" hard seltzer if we're just throwing some "natural flavor" extract over a base to try and grab some market share, right? Hell no! We use all REAL ingredients, from the fruit to the botanicals, no added sugar or sweeteners, no gluten, etc. This is the real deal. Our focus is on quality, unique, fun, yet balanced flavor profiles, while having a little higher ABV (because 4.5% just doesn't kick it for us), and creating awareness for endangered species by giving 1% of all of revenues to our wildlife partners. 

Who are we hiring:

We're currently hiring for an experienced and driven individual to take charge of our back of house production. This position will include sourcing, brewing, cellar work, packaging/canning, etc. We're a small team, so to begin with, this will be a position that wears a lot of hats (hence needing someone with some great experience). Of utmost importance to us is having a great "can do" attitude. If the phrase "that's not my job" is your MO, feel free to move on. We are 100% team oriented and every member of the herd needs to support the rest. You'll be getting in at the ground level of a burgeoning business, so the potential for this to turn into a leadership position and grow with the company is huge. 

The Team:

Speaking of the team, we've got over 50 years of beer industry experience on our small team. From sales, production brewing, marketing, executive management, and so on. We're experienced, driven, and ready to lead and conquer the new "craft" hard seltzer space.

The "Must Have" List:

Must be 21 years or older

2 years of brewing and cellar experience in a production brewery environment

Laser focused on quality control and safety

Attention to detail

Hard worker

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to safely & frequently move up to 170 lbs

The "It's a Plus" List:

Accredited brewing education

Strong understanding of the fundamentals of brewing science

Experience in brewing with fruit

Training in quality control practices

Computer Literacy

Strong mechanical aptitude
