Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative entrepreneur as our first-ever Brand Manager. You will partner with our Founder and Chief Innovator to develop and execute brand strategy to build brand awareness and move Minna towards our objective of being the #1 sparkling tea in America.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan and calendar

  • Partner across the organization, to execute marketing campaigns and to manage innovation-related projects

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to support the marketing plan; we currently work with agencies supporting digital marketing, ecommerce, and public relations

  • Organize and execute communications across our owned content channels, including our website, email, and organic social media

  • Build partnerships with other brands and influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement

  • Partner with our Sales team to develop and execute physical brand collateral, including POS materials, sales decks, and swag

  • Develop and deliver dashboard of KPIs related to company and campaign objectives

  • Lead consumer and industry research efforts, regularly reporting on trends

Who You Are:
  • Seasoned but scrappy, ideally with 3-5 years of experience; CPG a plus

  • Creative and collaborative - you work with others to discover new opportunities and find novel solutions

  • Organized, working 60-90 days ahead in the calendar

  • An excellent communicator and storyteller

  • Dynamic - you’ve got your finger on the pulse of urban culture

  • An advocate for inclusion
