The Job: This job is an expansion to our kick ass sales team. It’s about pushing past barriers, growing and building relationships and working autonomously to find lucrative opportunities to do meaningful work. The role is for someone who has an appetite for success and motivation fueled by a passion to go above and beyond. You will own your region like it’s your own business. You will not be complacent for mediocre results nor satisfied by routine and mundane. Union Wine Company is known for product innovation and for challenging the assumptions about how wines are made, packaged, sold and consumed. You will be a critical player in executing our brand and sales strategies as well as achieving key objectives and initiatives.

Extensive regional travel is required.

About You: You’re entrepreneurial. You’re hungry. You’re gritty. You’re empathic and persistent. Depth trumps breadth. Your network is deep, and priorities are straight. You’ve done this before and are experienced in reaching goals. You have ninja math skills and know your GP from your SRP. You’re ready to think as hard as you run and love the speed of the game.

Preferred base location for this position would be in a major metropolitan area within the 8state territory. (IL, MN, WI, MI, IA, NE, ND, SD)

This positions report to the Vice-President of Sales
