Made Coffee is a fast growing RTD coffee beverage company that makes various high-quality, differentiated products. Founded in 2015, we have grown from selling cold brew coffee off one bicycle to thousands points of distribution in just 36 months. We are seeking a Director of Sales to facilitate sales growth across all products into new and existing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

• Effectively communicate Brand Mission and attributes to wholesale partners

• Oversee growth of Made Coffee into new and existing channels

• Create and implement the blueprint for a market sales growth strategy

• Add new distribution and increase account base by opening new accounts via development of a target account list

• Manage whole bean and B2B keg sales representatives

• Monitor competitive and in market activity and provide feedback/recommendations to executive team

• Submit weekly account follow-up report detailing highlights of weekly activities

• Manage and build relationships with key store level contacts as well as key distributors

• Assist with in-store merchandising

• Manage strategic spend and small sample inventory

• Strategic execution of product samplings and demos within accounts

• Must be well networked in assigned territory

  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Sales management experience required

  • Approachable demeanor

Salary commensurate with experience, job requires both local and overnight travel.
