Who We Are:

Every day, more and more people are working out like elite athletes in CrossFit gyms, bootcamps, and yoga studios across the country. But they don’t have much time to spend on recovery, and they’re too busy to walk around tired and dehydrated. That’s why O2 has developed the best, most convenient on-the-go recovery drink available based on the scientific needs and taste preferences of this group. We’re searching for a driven, hardworking salesperson to join our team of athletes, weekend warriors, and health nuts. We’re veterans, entrepreneurs, and coaches united by a quest to help people recover with the best recovery drinks on the planet. And we need some hardworking, fun, and motivated sales reps to add fuel to the fire we’ve started. 

What You Will Do: 

As a Territory Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for executing a proven sales plan in your area to win new fitness accounts (e.g., CrossFit gyms, bootcamps, yoga studios) and increase sales at existing fitness and grocery retailers like Sprouts, Whole Foods and/or Kroger. Over 80% of your time will be in the field, and this is not a job for the faint of heart. You’ll be doing the hard work of building a brand from the ground up, and you’ll get invaluable experience growing a company that will put you miles ahead of your peers. 

  • Win new fitness accounts and build the business to transition them from first-time buyers to regular subscribers of O2 
  • Grow velocities across all channels 
  • Build the brand by sampling O2 regularly to existing and potential fitness accounts to gym members and staff 
  • Increase visibility of O2 on shelf at fitness and grocery retailers and reduce out of stocks 
  • Creatively win and build secondary placements / off shelf merchandising at the store level in fitness and grocery retailers 
  • Demo O2 in conjunction with grocery-level promotions, including giving samples to the grocery team and store-level staff 
  • Build strong relationships at the store and regional level 
  • Run through walls and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Who You Are: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in the beverage industry 
  • Currently employed in a sales or field marketing role 
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and more 
  • Willing to work unconventional hours (e.g., late nights, weekends) 
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs 
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative without everyday instruction 
  • At least 21 years old 
  • A valid driver’s license and a car for daily travel to accounts 
  • US Military veteran status is a plus 
  • Competitive - probably former high level and/or college athlete with a current fitness addiction 
  • Social butterfly - you love people and they love you 
  • Driven and ambitious - you’ve got big dreams and will stop at nothing to achieve them 
  • Impatient with a bias for action and results - you move fast and get things done 
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail - you don’t let things slip through the cracks 
  • Successful - with the track record to prove it

  • Reliable - you never break your word
