We are hiring a Director of Brand Marketing who will play a pivotal role in marketing strategies and programs that will help drive our Humm brand velocities and category leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Director of Brand Marketing (DBM) is a key marketing leadership position that will help guide our go forward growth and success. The DBM leads and nurtures our brand strategy, is responsible for the development and implementation of our short and long-term marketing strategies and programs that will help drive Humm to a category leadership position and will run point on leading our innovation process, helping to bring new category changing innovation to market. This a marketer’s dream opportunity!
The DBM works as a teammate with the VP of Marketing to provide leadership and influence for the entire marketing department and will drive cross-functional departmental communication and work to ensure goals are met. Day to day, the DBM will manage brand marketing, social, digital media, advertising, creative development, PR and product innovation.
What’s Required for Consideration:
- 8 + years experience guiding the execution of brand and innovation plans across all marketing platforms.
- Experience leading collaborative, cross functional brand marketing and innovation teams.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, an MBA is great if you have it.
