The Experiential Marketing Associate will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities and needs for the brand’s Marketing team and agency partners, focused primarily on the brand’s event strategy and corresponding brand experience as well as activations for the Yasso Game On! Foundation. This position involves assisting in the research, vetting and execution of events nationwide. Must be self-motivated, solutions-oriented with keen attention to detail. This position will require some travel.

Essential responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing the brand’s event activations with heavy activity during spring and summer months to drive purchase intent and increase brand awareness; potential for weekend commitments given nature of events
  • Assist in developing and identifying additional strategic opportunities for sampling
  • Support the execution of programming developed for the Game On! Foundation including activations, brand partnerships and fundraising efforts
  • Assist internal team and agency partners with the management of logistical details including itineraries, supplies, event flow, shipping, etc
  • Responsible for fielding and vetting all inbound sampling and event requests
  • Conduct research and outreach to secure event partners/local ambassadors when appropriate
  • Actively collaborate with internal Digital Marketing team to amplify event impact across owned channels
  • Assist in providing support to the sales team as needed when coordinating trade show booths, retailer events and in-store demos
  • Develop and maintain shared event calendar to be distributed across teams on a monthly basis
  • Provide detailed recap of events following conclusion, working with team to set and measure outcomes and results
  • Assist in managing external vendors as needed (i.e branded apparel producers, vehicle maintenance providers, and others)
  • Perform cross-departmental tasks as needed
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in experiential marketing, event planning or work for a non-profit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and take direction from the Marketing team and departments that collaborate on any given project. Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Determination to achieve, succeed and progress
