Catalina Crunch is a fast-growing, disruptive food company making Keto / Low-Carb Cereals and Snacks.

We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs - early investors in YouTube, PayPal, Instagram, Apple and Google.

In less than six months, we went from an online-only e-commerce brand to closing over 1,000 doors. 

We are excited to bring on our first sales hire to further accelerate our retail expansion.


  • As our first sales hire, you will own sales nationally, covering all natural and conventional accounts (everything except our e-commerce site)

  • P&L responsibility for both top and bottom line growth

  • Travel to buyer meetings to pitch our products in person where it makes sense (tier I and tier II accounts)

  • Motivate and lead our national broker and distributors

  • Manage trade spend and negotiate promo deals with buyers and distributors

  • Build sales decks and other sales materials

  • Report on sales funnel monthly

  • Grow the company through trade shows


  • Loves selling and is eager to sell a product which sells itself

  • Intelligently prioritizes larger accounts while also believing no account is too small

  • Does not believe that any sale is a good sale - willing to walk away from deals that require excessive trade spend

  • Hard working, loves to hustle

  • Understands the importance of urgency and getting things done right now

  • Self-motivated, enjoys working remotely and independently

  • Takes pride in selling up to the very last minute of a trade show when everyone else is packing up

  • Experience working with a smaller food company or entrepreneurial division within a larger company
