JOB TITLE: Brand Ambassador


JOB DESCRIPTION: A Brand Ambassador represents the brand in various capacities with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sales to both established customers and new prospects.


The Brand Ambassador will have a broad knowledge of the organization’s range of products and as well as organization's mission, ethos and policies.


Additionally, where possible, the brand ambassador for Corsa Co. will have opportunities to contribute as a jack-of-all trades in various capacities including helping grow brand awareness through social media, content creation, and various other digital marketing practices.  This position is perfect for anyone looking to build a career in the food and beverage industry and learn a variety of disciplines from an exciting new beverage brand.



?      Responsible for building brand awareness and relationships with the ultimate goal of increasing points of availability, promotional displays, merchandising and ultimately, volume per outlet

?      Operational support – manage inventory delivery to accounts and for promo

?      Monitor volume per outlet to understand areas for improvement and reasons for success

?      Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territory

?      Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokers

?      Conduct staff training in on and off-premise accounts, as needed

?      Conduct product sampling/demonstrations on assigned weekdays and weekends

?      Regularly attend selected on-premise promotional events

?      Direct accounts in proper and effective merchandising and consumer awareness of brands by:

  • Guiding proper shelf management positions
  • Merchandising brands

    ?      Call on key accounts on an ongoing basis to review our brand program priorities



    ?      High level of professionalism and passion for mission driven CPG company

    ?      Must be highly organized, have attention to detail, good time management ability, follow-up and “closing” skills

    ?      An entrepreneurial drive and attitude of self-starter

    ?      Passion to grow brands

    ?      Driver’s license, car, and willingness to travel to stores in their geography (mileage will be reimbursed)

    ?      SUV is preferred

    ?      Ability to carry and move considerable amount of 20LB cases with ease

    ?      Computer and Social Media skills

    ?      College degree preferred
