Following the Company’s successful re-branding campaign, Beanfields has now demonstrated 18 consecutive months of better year-over-year performance.  To boot, the Company is coming off it’s largest selling Quarter in Company history.  Due to this rapid growth, the team is looking for an energetic sales leader to head the East.  The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading all efforts with distributors and direct retail partners alike including DSD go-to-market partners, broadline distributor customers, as well as call on key accounts in both the Natural and Conventional Grocery channels of trade, and therein utilizing and managing our external sales brokerage network wherever appropriate.  The culture at Beanfields is scrappy, and nimble with a roll-up your sleeves, start-up mentality.  The successful candidate will have experience in creating successful promotional plans and forecasting sales volume for the region, as well as understanding the various trade spend levers to pull to help drive volume and turns at the shelf.
