Email Marketing Manager

RSP Nutrition

The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the entirety of RSP Nutrition's email marketing campaigns. You will create, execute and analyze emails that will nurture relationships with customers ­­starting at the first point of contact through acquisition to repurchase. You will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to increase our reach, educate consumers, optimize the customer experience, and determine ongoing marketing efforts to ultimately create high value customers. 

- Manage end­-to-­end production of all emails — this includes concept development, copy creation, planning and acquiring visual assets, campaign setup, reporting and tracking

  •  Plan and organize the yearly email and content calendar
  •  Optimize all campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send­time, etc
  • Create and measure weekly reporting around email KPIs and making recommendations
  •  Identify high ­value testing opportunities to improve metrics as well as learn more about the audience, and relevant content for the demographic
  •  Identify and scale top ­performing acquisition and retention opportunities across email
  •  Remain up­-to-­date on industry trends and best practices, technologies, competitive landscape, etc. and apply those findings
  • Support development and use of other marketing channels, including content strategy, to complement email strategies
  •  Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of email marketing/electronic media experience (includes knowledge of HTML, Social Media, Ad words, and SEO); experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment is required 
  •  D2C or B2C email marketing experience with a focus on ecommerce
  •  Exceptionally strong copywriting abilities
  •  Experience creating appropriate KPIs and measuring against those to determine success
  •  Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Shopify
  •  Strong time management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of email and mobile marketing best practices to maintain list
  •  Project management and creative thinking skills desired
