Job Description: KOR Shots Area Sales Manager

KOR Shots is a fast-growing emerging brand. We are the original organic, refrigerated functional shots.

The KOR Shots Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in Southern California. This role is accountable for driving sales while embodying KOR Shots values and objectives. This position will represent KOR Shots in key accounts and will be responsible for ensuring optimal retail execution, promotional placement, and demo activity in the SoCal market.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at store level with key retail partners
  • Optimize retail execution
  • Merchandise product at shelf, to include stocking product, building displays, and helping with resets as needed
  • Provide feedback to merchandising team
  • Seek out new and creative opportunities to increase market presence and activations
  • Complete a visit recap form for each store visit or field activity completed
  • Achieve year on year growth targets
  • Achieve daily account visit targets
  • Participate in evening and weekend marketing activities and assist with/attend special events when required

The Area Sales Manager will be expected to spend their time as follows:

  • As a guideline, the candidate will spend an average of 4 days per week in the LA area, and 1 day per week anywhere in SoCal
  • Up to 100% of their time will be utilized visiting accounts
  • Some weeks will include performing product demos and attending marketing events

The Area Sales Manager must:

  • Be passionate about building the KOR Shots brand
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills at all times
  • Show a willingness to learn, grow and develop
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
  • Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Have a registered, insured, and dependable vehicle and a safe driving record
  • Be able to drive to and from accounts continuously

Required experience and skills:

  • 1-2 years sales experience in the beverage/natural products industry
  • Be able to travel daily, work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Be proficient with email
  • Be a friendly, outgoing, energetic, assertive, confident, goal-oriented individual with a drive to succeed
