Responsibilities:

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Whole Foods Global team
  • Drafts all Whole Foods Market Global promotional files
  • Works with Client Develop Management team to complete new item files for electronic submission to Whole Foods Market
  • Interfaces with clients regarding upcoming reviews and due dates with reminders
  • Compile and maintain new item and discontinuation file for all Whole Foods Market Global brands
  • Update forms in our Global Dropbox
  • Check Whole Foods Market  Supplier Portal each morning and report back with any changes
  • Manages a variety of special projects on an as needed basis for Whole Foods Global and Regional Teams

  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
  • Mid/strong level of knowledge of Whole Foods Market
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 5%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)

 

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to Director of Whole Foods Market Team, Natural Channel

 

Compensation:

  • Salary commensurate with level of experience and current market landscape
